People these days seem to have zero patience. It’s like no one wants to put in any effort anymore, and the moment something doesn’t go their way, they completely lose it. A perfect example of this happened in Colorado, where a deranged Karen attacked an unsuspecting man at a gas station.
The incident was caught on video by a woman who happened to be there at the time. In the clip, you can see the Karen get out of her car and march straight toward the man’s vehicle. His door was open, and it looked like he was about to step out until she suddenly slammed the door on him. “Stop talking [expletive], [expletive]!” she screamed. When he tried to respond, she shot back, “What the [expletive] are you going to do about it?”
At this point, the woman filming decided to step in and confront the Colorado Karen. “You need to leave him alone,” she told her firmly, reminding her that she shouldn’t act like that, especially with kids around. Instead of feeling embarrassed, the Karen snapped back and told the woman to mind her own business.
The bystander didn’t back down. “We need to do better for each other,” she continued before turning to the man and saying, “I’m sorry that happened to you, man.” At least someone kind was there to step in and bring a little decency to the situation.
Later, the victim explained what had actually caused the whole thing. “This all happened because I wouldn’t pull forward to the pump she was at, when the one I stopped at was the only diesel pump. I was there for diesel, not gas! She got mad because she had to go around me,” he wrote. Imagine being so impatient that you’d rather cause a scene than simply communicate.
People Reacting to the Deranged Colorado Karen
People were shocked by how the Colorado Karen behaved. Since she slammed a car door against the man, one person wrote, “I don’t understand why not call the police???? That was assault!!!!” The victim then responded and said, “I did I’m waiting for them to get the camera footage from king soopers.” Hopefully, the police will be able to identify her. More people commented on how this was an assault as someone else wrote, “Did she just slam the door on him? Yeah, she needs to go to jail. That’s assault.” Another person also said, “Assault charge right there ,even caught her on camera , well done to the one behind this camera…”
Many commenters focused on the Colorado woman who stepped in to defend the man instead of just standing by. “It is your business when it’s in public. Thank you for saying something,” one person wrote. Another added, “Thank you for defending him. Nobody really does that for men.”
One TikTok user suggested that the Karen was probably embarrassed that someone called her out. “Your kids witnessing you parent another adult was probably so embarrassing for her,” they commented. Another woman praised the man for keeping his cool. “Respect to that guy. He actually had manners and didn’t put his hands on her. I hope I never have to witness something like this,” she said.
The man is now trying to identify his attacker, and hopefully, he’s able to do so soon.
