Destiny 2 has today launched update 3.4.0.4 on all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. Today’s update is another in a long list of bug fix patches made to the game, focusing mostly on cleaning things up. With just under a month out from the colossal Witch Queen expansion, the team wants to focus all their content there instead of putting it into minor updates. With that being said, these smaller bug fix patches are still quite nice when it comes to ensuring you don’t run into crashes or other issues that’d hinder the experience. Without further adieu, here’s everything new with Destiny 2 in its 3.4.0.4 update!
Destiny 2 Update 3.4.0.4 Patch Notes
Dares of Eternity
- Fixed an issue causing less Reputation to be rewarded in Dares of Eternity than intended.
Gameplay and Investment
Weapons
- Fixed an issue where Hand Cannons would have an empty magazine when first entering into an activity.
Abilities
- Fixed an issue where the Frontal Assault buff was not reliably being added to the player if their charged melee killed the target.
As you can see, there isn’t much from today’s update to write home about. With that being said, these bugs are really nice for those who’ve run into them or were planning to grind Dares of Eternity for that sweet god role Other Half. As for the other two, the latter bug fix is great for those in PvP, but the former isn’t anything that’d hinder the experience too much. At most, it can be mildly annoying. And that’s it, just these three bug fixes. Hopefully, with next week’s patch, the team take care of plenty more issues. Make sure to keep reporting them over on the forums!
