Sean Diddy Combs sued again amid the growing pile of lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse and battery. The Bad Boy Record founder is engrossed in his explosive legal case bordering on sex trafficking, and racketeering. His legal troubles peaked earlier this year when the feds stormed his apartments in Florida and LA, seizing several “freak off” supplies, ammunition, and tapes among other implicating items. The rapper was later arrested in New York City and has since been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Since then, many alleged victims of Diddy’s sexual abuse have come forward with lawsuits against him.
The latest victim to hit Duddy with a lawsuit is a woman called Bryana “Bana” Bongolan. In her lawsuit filed this week at the L.A. Superior Court, Bryana alleged sexual battery, false imprisonment, and violation of her sense of safety among other claims.
Diddy Allegedly Held Abuse Victim Over 17th-Floor Balcony
The suit detailed an incident from September 2016 which allegedly took place at singer Cassie Ventura’s apartment before her 2018 split from Diddy. According to her, the rapper stormed Cassie’s apartment that night, visibly enraged, and began groping her(Bryana). However, when she tried to resist, the hip-hop mogul held her over the balcony of the 17th-floor apartment and then proceeded to slam her into the patio furniture. The incident, the lawsuit claimed, “was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence” that permeated Bryana’s previous interactions with the disgraced rapper. The suit stated,
“The September 26 assault ultimately proved that Ms. Bongolan was correct to fear Mr. Combs and has resulted in deep and lasting harm.”
The sexual abuse lawsuit further alleged that Diddy verbally threatened Bryana throughout the assault incident, calling himself “the devil” and claiming he could kill her. Those threats, aimed to instill fear and intimidate inadvertently led Bryana to believe his assault was a fulfillment of his words, causing physical and emotional distress. Bryana Bongolan is demanding $10 million in damages.
Team Diddy Denies Bryana’s Allegations
Following the graphically detailed lawsuit, Diddy’s legal team released a statement denying Bryana’s claims while claiming the alleged victim had threatened to sue the rapper since last year. Diddy’s rep added the customary statement of denial they issue in response to each lawsuit amid Diddy’s sex trafficking trial. It read,
“Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless. He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”
Notably, while the charges against the disgraced rapper continue to pile up with a multitude of new lawsuits emerging by the day, Sean Diddy Combs has maintained his innocence, denying all allegations. Despite his “not guilty” plea, he continues to be held at MDC, with the court most recently denying his fourth bail request, having deemed him a “flight risk” and “a threat to community.”
