A TikToker ultimately screenshot the nurse’s remark about Pretti’s murder and shared it online, ensuring it didn’t go unnoticed.
In the New York nurse’s comment, she wrote, “I’m talking about the fairy [f-slur] weirdo that got himself shot in the throat for being [r-slur] and traveling across the country to insert himself into a crime scene that had nothing to do with him lol loaded with 9mm and 2 extra mags lol. The nurse, named Jennifer, did not stop there. When one person told her they would inform her publicly listed workplace about her comment, she responded, “Yes let’s lol.”
The TikToker who shared the video then showed that the New York nurse’s Facebook account claimed she worked for Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Her profile also listed her as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This publicly available information quickly circulated online as people attempted to contact her employer. However, further scrutiny revealed that Jennifer was not only spreading hate but also misinformation. Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center later issued a public statement clarifying that she does not work for them. “We are aware of a social media post that has prompted inquiries. Despite indications on the individual’s profile, she is not employed by Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. The views expressed are solely her own and do not reflect those of our organization,” the hospital wrote on its Facebook account.
