“With Great Power” is a Main Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley that tasks players with finding the Orb of Power for Ursula the Sea Witch. While this is one of the first Main Quests players will receive, it can be tricky to complete without assistance. Merlin believes that the Village needs Ursula’s magical power to help undo the damage done by The Forgetting, but she must first be freed from her cave cell in Dazzle Beach. Placing the Orb of Power into the Pillar of Power will dispel away the arcane barrier enveloping the cave, allowing the Sea Witch to roam freely about the streams and ponds throughout Dreamlight Valley.
Completing With Great Power in Disney Dreamlight Valley
After speaking with Ursula in her cell during “With Great Power” in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will receive a Crystal Key. This item can be placed on a small device in front of the Mystical Cave of Dazzle Beach to unlock its entryway. This entrance can be found south of the eastern trail connecting Peaceful Meadow and Dazzle Beach.
After opening the Mystical Cave of the “With Great Power” quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, head inside to encounter a Magic Gate. There are three gates in total, each requiring its own puzzle solution to unblock the path to the Orb of Power. To get past the first gate, players must place three Gems into the palms of the statues with the matching color. The red statue requires a Garnet, which can be mined from the Plaza or Peaceful Meadow, and the blue needs an Aquamarine from Dazzle Beach or the Forest of Valor. Finally, a Peridot from Dazzle Beach or Peaceful Meadow should be placed into the green statue’s hands.
The second Magic Gate in “With Great Power” quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires gardening with three specific crops: a Carrot, a Tomato, and Wheat. Tomato Seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s stall on Dazzle Beach, while Carrot and Wheat Seeds can be found or purchased from Goofy in Peaceful Meadow or the Plaza. Once these three crops have grown, the gate will open, revealing the third barrier. This Magic Gate requires that players cook all three crops they planted to make Veggie Pasta. Eat the pasta to get past the final gate and find the Orb of Power. Place the orb into the Pillar on Dazzle Beach and speak with Ursula to complete the quest.
