If you, like me, watched the Buzz Lightyear cartoon of the early 2000s, you probably recall how the Star Command emblem had a white, blue, and sometimes grayish color scheme. This same iconic palette colors the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which is likely the reason why Buzz wants you to craft one for his Star Command Academy Grand Opening. To make it, you’ll need the dye from a few blue flowers that grow across the Valley.

The Blue and Silver Balloon Arch is made using Iron Ingots ร—10, Blue Falling Penstemon ร—20, Blue Star Lily ร—20, and Blue Marsh Milkweed ร—20. Refer to the table below for reference on how you can get each resource:

Crafting MaterialHow To Get
Iron IngotCrafted using Iron Ore and Coal Ore, both of which can be mined from rock nodes across the Valley. Also sold at Kristoff’s Stall if you’ve completed unlocked the shop.
Blue Falling PenstemonGrows in the Plaza
Blue Star LilyGrows in the Forest of Valor
Blue Marsh MilkweedGrows in the Glade of Trust

Spotting Blue Marsh Milkweed is pretty easy, thanks to the Glade of Trust’s muddy biome floor. However, if you’re struggling to find Blue Star Liles or Blue Falling Penstemon, you should try swapping the camera to build mode, which gives you a bird’s eye view of the landscape. I found this trick helpful, particularly in the Plaza, where many of my Villager houses and outdoor decorations are located.

Once you’ve gathered all the materials, you can complete Buzz Lightyear’s Friendship Quest in Dreamlight Valley by building the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch beside his RV.
