Thanks to the Lucky Dragon update, we can enjoy a new Star Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Unfortunately, not every task details exactly what you have to do. The “Give a clumsy Villager his favorites” task is a prime example. Gifting Villagers their favorites is an easy way to raise their friendship, but though we know what to do, who to do this with remains a bit elusive. A couple of well-meaning Villagers fit the clumsy description, but only one Villager can take the title and get his favorites in Dreamlight Valley.

The Clumsy Villager and How To Find Him in Dreamlight Valley

If you want to tackle the Star Path mission, the clumsy Villager in question is Disney Dreamlight Valley’s own Goofy. Charming and lovable, but certainly blunders things up at times. But since he’s one of the first friends you can make, no matter your current progress, you can complete this task with little difficulty.

To find Goofy, merely bring up your map and locate his icon. These Villagers love to roam. So, don’t expect Goofy to remain in one spot. But finding him puts you one step closer to checking off this Star Path task.

How To Give the Clumsy Villager His Favorites

Before you can worry about gifting Goofy his favorites, you need to find out what his interests of the day are. This regularly changes. If you have all the favorites of this clumsy Dreamlight Valley Villager, you can nail this challenge in a single day. Otherwise, prepare to check back once the gift options change to see if he wants anything you have or can readily get. Some common favorites you might see include the following:

  • Oregano
  • Garnet
  • Grilled Fish Entree
  • Crispy Baked Cod
  • Sweet and Sour Kingfish Steak

Although you can meet Goofy early, some gifts are impossible to give him like the cooked recipes if you haven’t progressed far enough. Focus on what you can do, and again, you can always wait until the next way to refresh his wants.

To do all this, speak to Goofy and select “I have something to give you.” Among the conversation options, you should see his favorites of the day. Simply select it and choose the right gift from your inventory.

Something to keep in mind though is that you need three items to finish the clumsy Villager Star Path task. You also cannot gift three of the same thing. So, if you gave Goofy cod, you can’t get give it to him again to satisfy the task. Thankfully, there aren’t multiple clumsy Villagers in Dreamlight Valley, so once you handle Goofy, you should earn your 20 Tokens in the Star Path.
