The critically acclaimed 2014 PC RPG Divinity: Original Sin will finally arrive on PS4 and Xbox One on October 27. This is an updated version of the game, called the Enhanced Edition. Creative Director Swen Vincke is quoted as saying this version of the game is a “full makeover” featuring a “truckload” of changes.
The original game is known for it’s experimental combat, which mixes turn-based combat with environmental interaction. As well, the game has a unique classless character advancement system. These coupled with a long and engaging story in a well-built world have endured Divinity: Original Sin to fans.

The enhancements announced in the new edition include a redesigned user interface meant to take advantage of console controls. In addition to that, new quests, an updated story-line, and completely new voice acting has been added.
The biggest and most talked about change is the new split-screen coop play. Allowing you and a friend to tackle Divinity: Original Sin together.
These changes are also coming to the PC and Mac versions of the games as a free upgrade. In other Divinity news, the sequel Divinity: Original Sin 2 recently successful concluded it’s Kickstarter campaign and will be released sometime in 2016.
