Dying Light 2 is sprinkled with small and big choices for you, the player, to choose and determine the future of your experience. Choices could have as little of an impact as merely being a single change in a conversation, or as big as affecting an entire region for the foreseeable future. One such choice comes a considerable way through your time in the Central Loop, as you make your way to the top of the VNC Tower and are left with two options (the first dependent on a previous choice). If you’re having trouble deciding, no need to worry. In this guide, we’ll explain who to give the radio transmitter to in the mission Broadcast in Dying Light 2!

Who to Give the Radio Transmitter to During Broadcast in Dying Light 2?

Give the Transmitter to Jack Matt

Choosing to give the radio transmitter to Jack Matt will give the Peacekeepers full control to send their propaganda out to the city, thus making their foothold on the Central Loop stronger. Beyond Jack Matt thanking you and proceeding to make you deal with some radio antennas, this proves to have serious downfalls later in the game as the Peacekeepers choose to not radio a message of safety out to the people of the Central Loop, causing serious casualties during a later portion of the game.

Give the Transmitter to Juan

Doing this will yield essentially the same results as giving the transmitter to Jack Matt, though with Juan being able to deploy his spies into the Peacekeepers and control things from the shadows. A bit of a strange choice but hey, that’s up to you and your Aiden.

Give the Transmitter to Frank

Giving the radio transmitter to Frank will result in Radio New Hope being established, letting the survivors of the Central Loop send out a message of peace and togetherness, strengthening their hold on the city. This will also let Frank send out a message of warning for the missile strikes, letting more in the Central Loop survive the missile attack. Spoiler alert, Frank will also survive under this circumstance.
