One of the first things announced at Bethesda’s E3 2017 conference this evening was a new stand-alone story for one of their most popular titles, Dishonored 2, called Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. This is not a DLC, but rather, a separate experience for fans of the series to enjoy.  The story will serve as a sequel to Dishonored 2 and the DLC released along with the original game. Death of the Outsider stars Billie Lurk, a former pirate and assassin, as she sets out to rescue her master, Daud, the Knife of Dunwall. A newly cybernetically enhanced Billie locates Daud on a ship and he informs her of their newest target, the Outsider (which just happens to be the cause behind Daud, Corvo, and Emily’s powers).

This stand-alone release will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, physically and digitally, on September 15, 2017. As of right now, the price point for Dishonored: Death of the Outsider stands at $29.99.

It has definitely been an exciting day, and with so much already to look forward to, it’s hard to believe that there are still two more days! Here is an official schedule for your viewing pleasure. And, as always, keep an eye on The Nerd Stash as we will be showing and covering the events live!
