Well, it turns out that the leak of a Resident Evil 2 remake was true. At Sony’s E3 2018 conference, Capcom revealed the game with this epic trailer:

From the trailers above, it seems that we’ll be playing with an over the shoulder third-person view, much like Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6. Resident Evil 2 first released back in 1998 and the Resident Evil 2 remake will release January 25th, 2019.
