EA Sports College Football 25 is set to release next month as the hype for the game may have just gotten a huge boost. However, for the first time since 2006, the game will include a stadium pulse meter. This will make games being played in the more famous college stadiums significantly harder for the player. Some of the schools that will be the loudest include LSU, Penn State, and Georgia.

NFL Draft Diamonds states that the pulse meter will, in fact, affect pre-snap audibles, passing icons, and even just the vision of the player. A blurred screen and the inability to call a play while under center will be a huge factor in the outcomes of many games.

A big focus for College Football 25 was making different stadiums and atmospheres truly feel different from one another. Huge difference going into Happy Valley at night vs playing Sam Houston at 1pm

EA Sports May Have Struck Gold With College Football 25

“For the first time since being included in NCAA Football 2006, College Football 25 includes a ‘stadium pulse’ meter. This measures crowd noise and impacts opposing teams’ offenses in the game. Gameplay footage has already shown what Baton Rouge looks like at night, with blurred passing icons pre-snap and overall camera shakiness resulting from the crowd’s impact.

Although not all stadiums will be a big challenge, players can bank on having a tough time sooner or later. In addition to the pulse meter, EA Sports is also bringing back “home-field advantage.” This will give the home team an actual boost via the game’s sliders.

College Football 25 will bring a level of realism to sports games that has not been seen in years. The difficulties players will face are electric. The feeling of genuine triumph after a huge road win will keep the community coming back for more.
