It’s easy to find yourself swarmed by numerous enemies in Elden Ring. As such, the Bewitching Branches are among the more useful consumable items in Elden Ring. We’ll tell you just what it does and how to get it for those of you unaware.
How to Get Bewitching Branches in Elden Ring
Bewitching Branches are special consumable items that are rare in Elden Ring. With such rarity, it forces players to think about the appropriate time to use them.
To start, how do you get Bewitching Branches? Well, you can get them at the start of the game. When choosing your starting keepsake, you can stack up to five of them. However, this may not be ideal if you’re focusing on a specific build for your character.
If you don’t want to use up that for your keepsake, you can head to the Nomadic Merchant located in Liurnia. Head to Bellum Church and check the cliffside under it to find them. Once found, the merchant has five Bewitching Branches, each selling for 1,600 Runes.
Another way to get Bewitching Branches in Elden Ring is to loot a corpse at Weeping Peninsula. The corpse is easy to spot as it’s surrounded by bats. You should find 3 on the body.
Lastly, you can always craft Bewitching Branches. You need three things to do so:
- Fevor’s Cookbook (3)
- Miquella’s Lily (x1)
- Sacramental Bud (x1)
How to Use Bewitching Branches in Elden Ring
First, you need 14 FP to use a Bewitching Branch. Next, you must pierce an enemy with it. Once pierced, the enemy will become your temporary ally and attack other enemies for you.
You can carry 10 Bewitching Branches on your person and also store 600 of them.
Again, this is a temporary effect. Also, with the rarity of Bewitching Branches, you want to use these in an emergency situation when you’re heavily surrounded.
