Epic Games Stores has announced it has solved the login malfunctions facing users trying to access their accounts via Facebook. This solution is coming after a report from players complaining about an incoming failure report since April 5, 2023.

Epic Games Store offers its users various means to connect to their servers. And one of the ways is by linking the accounts using Facebook account credentials. Many users enjoy this option for its simplicity in linking and to reduce the chances of getting locked out by forgetting their passwords.
However, towards the beginning of the month, the FB signup has not been working properly. On April 5, 2023, the team at Epic Games acknowledged having received the report about the malfunction.
At the time, the team promised to investigate and sort out the case. Although a few weeks late, the solution is finally here. Epic Games users can now access their accounts directly by using their Facebook accounts.
