Koei Tecmo and Omega Force released a new Fate/Samurai Remnant trailer, announcing the release date of the first DLC, Record Fragment: Keian Command Championship. In the base game, users can play as Iori or Saber during the Waxing Moon Ritual, a type of Holy Grail War in the Edo era. Still, in this DLC, Gilgamesh has other plans, so he summons all the characters to participate in his tournament instead of the Waxing Moon Ritual. Besides, this tournament is not the only surprise that this first DLC brings on February 9, 2024.
Fate/Samurai Remnant DLC Trailer Reveals la Presencia de Ibuki-Douji
In his boredom, Gilgamesh decides to appear in the Edo era in the middle of the Holy Grail War and overshadow the Holy Grail by offering a better wish. The King of Kings takes all the participants of Fate/Samurai Remnant to his tournament, but as shown in the trailer, in the DLC, there are new features such as:
- Choose which team of Master and Servant you want to participate in the tournament with:
Outside of the tournament, you can only play with Master Iori and Saber, but in the DLC, you can choose from seven different Mater-Servant teams. Experience different versions of the final story, apart from what happens at the end of the Waxing Moon Ritual. - Ibuki-Douji arrives as a new Servant:
Ibuki-Douji is one of the parts of the Divided Spirit of Yamata-no-Orochi, and now she can be part of your team with a new appearance never seen before. This appearance of Ibuki-Douji combines her half-human form from her stage 1 as a loli and her other two stages where she looks more adult as a lethal. - Each character has unique dialogues and special cinematics at the end of the battle:
