In the clip, Gill says, “The next step is to shut down these businesses that are facilitating birth tourism,” and adds, “Dr. Lorenz is now under federal criminal investigation, and I believe that he’s guilty, and if he is found to be guilty I think he ought to spend a long time in jail.” He also says the practice “diminishes the value of American citizenship and the value of being an American whenever you have private businesses that are profiting off of this.”
