Like the MAGA movement, it appears Turning Point USA (TPUSA) is also bleeding out members. One of the most notable ones is an influencer from Texas who not only quit the organization but also shed some light on disturbing behavior from Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, and how she and TPUSA are hard at work in allegedly twisting some of Charlie’s views for their political agendas.
The revelation came from influencer/former TPUSA chapter member, Mason Lemme, from Texas. Lemme recently sat down with Project Constitution for a long statement on why he quit TPUSA. Around the 9:47 mark, Lemme discusses a leaked Zoom call recording involving Erika Kirk– a call that took place just one day after Charlie’s funeral last year.
Apparently, in this leak, Erika can be seen and heard laughing while also saying certain questionable statements, such as “‘The fact that we were able to pull off an event of a century.'” Erika Kirk also allegedly alludes to how TPUSA gained “‘100,000 chapter requests… 300,000 new donors… 50,000 plus hat orders… and 20,000 AmFest registrations,'” ever since Charlie’s assassination.
Because of these alleged quotes from Erika, Lemme summed up the behavior as, “This is not normal. It is deeply disturbing.” Lemme did admit that he was once a staunch defender of Erika Kirk, but after the Zoom call leak, the former TPUSA member had a change of heart, claiming, “We are in the midst of a mass deception and a worldwide manipulation of the truth and the Christian faith when it comes to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.”

Lemme’s statement continues to grow in popularity and already has hundreds of thousands of views at the time of writing. Consequently, many commenters have praised him for revealing what he knew and for trying to highlight what led him to be disillusioned. Meanwhile, Lemme’s lengthy statement on TPUSA and Erika Kirk has drawn online criticism.
“Erika is the Hillary of the Republican Party,” claims one X user, with another replying, “but worse. at least Killary is openly evil. Erika tries to hide behind scripture and Charlie’s ghost.” Some are even blaming TPUSA’s supposed downfall on Erika, even though numbers appear to say otherwise, based on the Zoom call leak.
“And the walls come tumbling down, as they should. TPUSA destroyed in six short months by a grieving widow and her deceased husband’s closest ‘friends,'” rants a commenter. In any case, it’s not the first time Erika Kirk has been held under the intense pressure of scrutiny, as even comedians are joining the fray, and even plumbers are exposing her alleged new house.
