Some people believe that there is nothing worse than the arrests made by ICE currently, but there is. What’s even worse is when brown ICE agents come after their own people. In recent videos shared of the kidnappings, you can see the skin color of these people as they go against Mexicans and people from their own race and community. This made a fed-up Los Angeles citizen call out brown ICE agents for how they were arresting people from their own community. The man was seen speaking to a crowd and describing those ICE agents as kidnappers. He tells them in a cautionary tone that their “children will grow up and know that their fathers and mothers were kidnappers against their people.”
The crowd cheers as they listen to the Los Angeles citizen slam brown agents. His warning continues as he delivers his message to ICE. He tells them that history books will show their faces and they would be remembered as “fascist scum” who came after their people. Who would want to be remembered like this? Apparently, brown ICE agents have no problem with it, though. He goes a step further and compares them to Jewish Nazis which is a fitting description. The angry civilian then ends his speech by calling the brown ICE agents “the worst element” in their community. No one can argue with that. Imagine going against your own people for some money. Disgusting.
People Reacting to the Los Angeles Citizen’s Message
Many agreed with the Los Angeles civilian and saw that his outburst was justified. One person believed that brown ICE agents would tell their children that they were heroes. “Those fascists will gaslight their kids into believing they were the heroes of this ethnic cleansing,” they wrote. Another person thought of their parents and how they fought and also called out Trump and his administration. “Repugnant they are. Putrid, festering rot. First I would cry thinking about my own parents, immigrants of America, built whole families off the back of their own hard work. How many of us are there? Then I got angry. We are the children of fighters and survivors. They chose a better life and went after it. Now it’s our turn. F**k Trump. F**k the Trump administration,” they wrote. They then added,“F**k ICE agents. F**k anyone who voted for this MORE THAN ONCE. Bunch of damn fools.”
Someone else believed that ICE agents don’t care about being seen as kidnappers since they wear masks. “It’s why they wear masks. Who wants to be known as a kidnapping pos?” they wrote. Unfortunately, some people supported the actions taken by ICE and believed that the Los Angeles man had no right to call them out. These kinds of reactions supported one Redditor’s point who said, “I just can’t believe we’re really here. Like, we really made it to full blown nazi sh*t in less than a year! And there’s people who still support this! It’s just so sad to watch this get worse every week and know there’s nothing I can do about it!” No matter what happens next, one day, ICE will face the consequences of their actions, especially those who betrayed their communities.
