Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Magia Exedra was announced in April 2024, and through the company’s social networks, they have just shared their promotional film. They also previously published the character PVs of Iroha Tamaki and Madoka Kaname; in addition to their stream with more news of this game.
As if it wasn’t enough, with the recent launch of Wuthering Waves and the upcoming release of Zenless Zone Zero, the magical girls and witches travel to the gacha universe. That’s right, the worst nightmare for fans of this franchise has come true: Kyubey moved to another universe. The good news is that in the promotional film of Madoka Magica: Magia Exedra, many of the girls arriving in the game are some of the anime and manga protagonists. Among the magical girls are Mami, Madoka, Homura, Sayaka, Kyoko, Oriko, and Kazumi. In addition, during the stream, Aniplex announced that the original voice actors of the anime will also appear in this version of the game.
We should remember that in May, the servers for Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story closed. Though, from the promotional film and official information, Magia Exedra will be the successor of Side Story just in time for when the hype for gacha games continues to rise, and I hope it stays that way for a while longer. I don’t mind getting a new mortgage to get all the characters from each game! While we wait, remember that Zenless Zone Zero is about to debut, and Wuthering Waves just got its 1.1 Version, which is already getting great reviews due to all its snazzy QoL features.
