In October, Geek Fuel celebrated Halloween by offering Horror Collectibles in their monthly mystery box.  So you can imagine that most items had something scary or spooky.  Let’s take a look and see what was in the box!

As with every Geek Fuel box, there was a t-shirt inside and this month’s theme was Firefly Delivery Service. I don’t know a whole lot about Firefly. The shirt displays a pretty nice graphic on a black t-shirt.

These Doc of the Dead Gummy Brains are just about as gross as the Spongebob Squarepants Crabby Patty candy.  Plus they are in the shape of brains! Perfect for the Halloween season.

This is actually a really cool Dragon Egg toothbrush holder.  The cool thing is that it’s interchangeable so you can use it for something other than a toothbrush holder if you would like.  Pretty cool.

The downloadable game code for the month of October was Luck Slinger:  A Fistful of Fortune, a $9.99 value.  I don’t know much about this game but they describe it a little more in the Geek Fuel Magazine (as shown above).

There must be at least one appearance of Ghost Face from Scream before Halloween is over, right?  Geek Fuel helped us out in with this Ghost Face Funko ReAction Figure.  There is a whole series and other subscribers may have gotten someone else like Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees or others.

The Geek Fuel Magazine for October had a picture of Negan and Lucille (his bat) on the cover and a story inside along with other articles and unboxing photos of the September box.

This was definitely a box full of items that centered around horror which fits right in with the Halloween season.  It didn’t necessarily excite me but I did find the toothbrush holder to be pretty cool.

There is still time to get the November box.  Remember **If you use our link, you will get $3.00 your first order**

Make sure to check out some of our previous Geek Fuel reviews and get an idea if this box is a good fit for you.  It would make a nice Christmas gift for someone.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
