No one can deny that Arlecchino has a very detailed design, which is noticeable since the leaked images of her heels and her blazer-less outfit during Furina’s flashback. However, Genshin Impact gave Arlecchino special treatment because, in Version 4.6, she could not only appear as a playable character but also as a weekly boss, according to leaks. When it comes to creating characters, HoYoverse definitely thinks of the most subtle details. As this is the debut of the next Fatui Harbinger since Childe’s release over three years ago, it should be something that will surprise everyone.
Genshin Impact 4.6’s Best Feature Is Arlecchino as a Playable Character and Boss Fight
Lately, Arlecchino has been the talk of many, not only due to the recent leaks showing her as a possible boss for Genshin Impact. The Knave’s animations have also surfaced, which might show a few mechanics of her fight as well. With her Burst, she creates a black hole while launching spikes or crystallized needles in the shape of an X. Her elemental skill is a minor version of her Burst, but just as deadly. Other leaks also describe Arlecchino’s signature weapon and how it can transform into a scythe made of thorns or crystals. This shows HoYoverse might have a bit of favoritism for this Fatui, and I’m all in for it.
As for Arlecchino’s Weekly Boss form, her blazer has more black and red details, and her scythe is entirely red. She has six wings instead of a single wing, allowing her to fly over the domain to attack with fireballs or pounce on the player. While Boss Arlecchino is on the ground, she will move quickly, thanks to the same glitch effect of her normal version. She will have two phases and can switch to the second one when the HP is low.
In addition to the Genshin Impact 4.6 leaks, Arlecchino has the same Life Bond Mechanic as a Boss. So, if the leaks are accurate, ensure you have a proper healer or shielder because this new enemy will also be a challenge to defeat and continue the story. But for now, I’m contemplating which version of this Fatui I love more.
