On Friday, October 27, Genshin Impact will announce all the new features and events in its Special Program Version 4.2. So far, the information available comes from leaks and HoYoverse drip marketing, but it is still speculation. The community believes that the 4.2 update will see the arrival of the Hydro Archon, Focalors, as a 5-star character. Also, Charlotte, the reporter of the Steambird newspaper, could be the new 4-star character. Both might appear during Phase 1 of the promotional banners.
As for Phase 2 of the 4.2 Version of Genshin Impact, there still needs to be more information, and the surprise will lie with the Special Program. The 5-star character that could arrive after Furina could be Cloud Retainer or Arlecchino. But the fans think it will be the master of Shenhe who could appear because other leaks point out that the map will expand for the Liyue region. Meanwhile, players must wait for HoYoverse to announce or deny this hypothesis.
