HoYoverse has finally given us an official sneak peek at some of the new Genshin Impact characters we’ll see in the new Hydro Nation. Given there were so many leaks and early pieces of information flying around over the past few weeks, the names won’t come as a major surprise to many fans. Still, after a lot of waiting, they’ll be happy to see Fontaine characters in action, including Focalors, Arlecchino, Lynette, Lyney, and more.
Genshin Impact New Fontaine Characters Seen in Latest Trailer
As you can see above, the trailer shows HoYoverse is preparing a huge lineup of characters for the upcoming expansion. As we mentioned, it is uncertain when they’ll release, but we hope some of the best don’t take long. There’s already information showing the rarity of some of the characters, which is great for those saving their Primogems. However, some of the finer points of detail are subject to change –as they have done in the past–, so we’ll wait on future special programs and the like before we hang our hats on the specifics.
In any case, the release of Hydro Nation shouldn’t be far away. We’re about to enter the last update for Sumeru, which means Fontaine is likely very close. The 3.8 version will benefit those who want to save more currency before spending it in the new lineup, and based on what we’ve seen so far the characters are worth splashing out on!
