Genshin Impact: Who Are the 11 Fatui Harbingers?

Any teaser from Genshin Impact tends to excite fans. Besides the release of the Sumeru region being closer than ever, players have even more to look forward to. A recent Genshin Impact teaser revealed all of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, a group of powerful executive officers. There’s still much to learn about them, but we’ll break down what we know so far about each one.

Who are the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact?

Executive officers of the Fatui, the Eleven Harbingers, are among the most powerful members throughout the organization in Genshin Impact. Also, the Tsaritsa even boosted their abilities by granting them Delusions. Referred to as “Lord” or “Lady,” they have an alias and number when they join.

Thanks to the recent teaser, players feel more excited about them. Several of the Eleven Harbingers are together to mourn the death of one of their members in Genshin Impact. So, who are these executive officers? We’ve listed them all below. As of now, we only know the rank of six of them.

Genshin Impact Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Pierro

Alias: “The Jester” / “The Fool” (Chinese) | Rank: One

Pierro is Number One ranked in the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and is the first Fatui member. Believed to come from Khaenri’ah originally, Pierro personally recruited many of the Eleven. Although he’s a mystery, there are hints about him in the Mocking Mask, a part of the Pale Flame Artifact Set.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Pulcinella

Alias: “The Rooster” (Chinese) | Rank: Five

There’s not too much known about Pulcinella. He did personally invite Tartaglia to join the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Besides that, we know he’s an older man who’s rather calculating and willing to discard anything, and anyone he sees lacks any value.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Scaramouche

Alias: “Balladeer” / “The Skirmisher” (Chinese) | Rank: Six

First encountered as an antagonist during the Unreconciled Stars event, Scaramouche is known as the member who betrayed the Eleven Harbingers. He took the Raiden Shogun’s Gnosis and ran off to address his own goals.

Genshin Impact Eleven Fatui Harbingers – La Signora

Alias: “The Fair Lady / “The Lady” (Chinese) | Rank: Eight

During the earlier chapters of the Archon Quest, the tall and elegant La Signora played the supporting antagonist role. She’s also the reason why the active members of the Eleven Harbingers are together in the teaser. Additionally, she’s the first Harbinger you meet in the game. Once she lost to the Traveler, she was soon executed.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Pantalone

Alias: “Regrator” / “The Wealthy Person” (Chinese) | Rank: Nine

As the wealthiest of the group, Pantalone heads Snezhnaya’s economic policies. He’s even responsible for ensuring the Fatui’s indefinite usage of Goth Grand Hotel. As someone born in poverty, Pantalone is a wise man who understands the importance of wealth and how to use it properly. H’s yet to make an appearance in-game.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Tartaglia

Alias: “Childe” / “The Young Lord” (Chinese) | Rank: Eleven

A playable character, Tartaglia is the final (and youngest) member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He’s also known as the one who failed to recover Geo Archon’s Gnosis.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – II Dottore

Alias: “Doctor” / “The Doctor” (Chinese) | Rank: Unknown

Dottore first appeared in the manga prequel to Genshin Impact, and of the Fatui Harbingers, he’s among the most ruthless. Caring little for human life, he’s conducted numerous violent experiments on children like Colleli.

Genshin Impact Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Capitano

Alias: “The Captain” (Chinese) | Rank: Unknown

Capitano is easily among the most imposing of the executive officers in the Eleven Harbingers. He wears a mask that completely obscures his face. That adds to his mystery as the most we know is that he’s the one member Viktor would rather work with.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Sandrone

Alias: “The Puppet” (Chinese) | Rank: Unknown

Sandrone is another mysterious member. She’s also interesting as she has a large, modified Automation that hovers around her.

Genshin Impact Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Arlecchino

Alias: “The Servant” (Chinese) | Rank: Unknown

You can get a secret quest from Inazuma that reveals some information about Arlecchino. What we know is that she runs the House of the Hearth orphanage. This orphanage is a recruiting area for the Fatui.

Eleven Fatui Harbingers – Columbina

Alias: “The Maiden” (Chinese) | Rank: Unknown

There’s little to nothing known about Columbina besides the fact that she sings the background music in the teaser. She also embraces La Signora’s tomb, indicating she might be mourning her the most.
