The video, posted by TikTok user @jazz11289, shows a woman standing at the counter of a McDonald’s in Cartersville, visibly frustrated as she waits for her order. She repeatedly shouts, “Do something,” at employees, at one point picking up a box of tissues from the counter as she continues demanding it.
A worker behind the counter responds to the customer, although her exact words are difficult to make out in the footage. Whatever was said doesn’t calm the situation. The customer fires back that the employee looks “dumb af too” before saying she’s simply waiting for the order the worker has “gotta make.”
The argument continues, with the customer repeatedly insisting that she doesn’t care.
