GoG.com's Monstrous Winter Sale
This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information.

GoG.com’s annual winter sale returns with hundreds of deals on new and classic games. GoG.com’s Monstrous Winter Sale, which lasts until December 11th, begins with the opportunity for a free gift. During the first 48 hours of the sale, GoG.com will offer free copies of Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition, a game that won the “Best Role Playing Game” award at E3. This edition of the award-winning RPG is complete with all expansions, game manuals, and an official soundtrack and map.

Shoppers can unlock additional free games during GoG.com’s Monstrous Winter Sale by collecting XP bonuses. For the duration of the sale, those who purchase games, visit the site daily, and collect badges will earn XP. Earning enough XP will unlock Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, Shadowrun: Dragonfall – Director’s Cut, and STASIS. GoG.com will also provide the chance to build a game bundle.  Visitors can select titles from themed collections to create a game bundle of their choice. These bundles offer large discounts on titles from popular series and developers, like Star Wars, Civilization, and Electronic Arts.

This sale begins just after the widespread savings of Black Friday. GoG.com’s XP bonus and build-a-bundles will not be the only exciting winter deals, though. It won’t be long until other digital distributors, like Valve, the PlayStation Store, and Origin, embrace their holiday traditions with sales of their own.

Deal and offers for the GoG.com Monstrous Winter Sale will be updated every day at 3:00 AM PT // 12:00 PM CET.

A fanatic of all things human, Steven spends an alarming amount of time researching untrue facts. Did you know that the Trojan horse was nicknamed “Tro-jo”? Just like you, he loves video games, movies, “the telly”, and all sorts of wacky thingamajigs. Though writing about games is his current side hustle, Steven hopes to create an impacting journalism career by turning his thoughts into words, sounds, and images.
