Gypsy Rose Blanchard has Dr. Michelle Corcoran to thank for her stunning smile. In a joint Instagram post, she expressed gratitude to the dentist from Peppermint Sage Dental in Louisiana. The post captured the pair posing before an LED sign that read, “Let your smile change the world.” Then, the video cuts to close-up images of Blanchard’s teeth before and after her “smile makeover.”
Blanchard’s missing teeth and silver crowns were replaced with shiny dental implants, giving her a megawatt smile. “Thank you Gypsy for letting us change your smile,” Dr. Corcoran penned in the overlay text. She echoed similar sentiments in the post’s caption, writing, “Thank you @gypsyrose.ig for trusting us to enhance your smile. We wish you only the best!!” Dr. Corcoran also added several hashtags like “#smilemakeover.” Blanchard penned her love to the dentist in the comments, writing:
“I can not thank you enough for the best glow-up I could ever dream of.”
The media personality first debuted her new smile in April, with sources claiming she had always wanted to fix her teeth. As for what happened to her teeth, Blanchard suffered multiple unnecessary procedures under her mother’s orders. Buzzfeed reported that her salivary glands were injected with Botox and later removed because her mother hated her drooling.
Blanchard’s teeth eventually rotted out and had to be extracted, but the cause of the decay was unknown. It was speculated that she lost her teeth because of poor dental hygiene, medications, severe malnutrition, or all three.

Months before her “smile makeover” post, Blanchard showed off her stunning new glam on TikTok. She returned to the social media platform with a bang, sharing pictures of her blonde hair transformation and rhinoplasty. The selfie captured Blanchard’s cool vibes with soft glam makeup and a sharp red blazer.
She looked more beautiful in the second post, posing with her makeup artist, Alexis Oakley. The image showcased her complete outfit, a matching red blazer, and skirt set with a black top. The post generated positive responses from fans, with many gushing over Blanchard’s appearance. “Gorgeous!! That glow thoooo!” someone chimed, with another declaring, “The blonde is your color!!!!”
As shared by PEOPLE, Blanchard got glammed up to promote her Lifetime series in Los Angeles. “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” documented her transition from prison back into the world and spotlight. She had served eight years out of her 10-year prison sentence.
In 2016, the former inmate pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for conspiring to kill her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. Gypsy Rose hashed the plot with her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn, who was sentenced to life in prison for first-degree murder.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released in December 2023. She is currently expecting her first child, a daughter, with her boyfriend Ken Urker.
