Heather Gay has put the pieces together and discovered the face behind one of the group’s most persistent online trolls. In the season finale of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Heather brings together the OGs of the series. She then shares her belief — and receipts — that newcomer Monica Garcia was behind the troll account Reality Von Tease. The account was known for relentlessly picking on and spearheading hate against women online.
The Cast Was Shocked by Heather’s Conclusion
Heather Gay gathered Meredith Marks, Lisa Barlow, and Whitney Rose to tell them something “really important.” She then shares with the RHOSLC OGs that Monica Garcia is behind the Reality Von Tease troll account. Although the women were prepared for something big, they appeared truly shocked.
Heather began,
“Monica is not who she says she is. She’s not our friend. She’s someone who has schemed and worked to infiltrate our friend group.”
Concerned chatter quietly broke out as they processed Heather’s choice of words and their meaning.
She continued,
“The name that you all know her as, the woman whose birthday we celebrated and who we’ve been trying to champion and support and defend, is Reality Von Tease.”

Fans Were Shocked by the Explosive Season Finale
Podcast host Gibson Johns was one of many to react to Heather’s revelation on X. He wrote,
“The mastermind behind a Real Housewives fan account secretly making it onto the show only for her identity to be revealed by one of her co-stars is one of the most meta, weirdly full circle things that could conceivably happen on Real Housewives — and it just happened. #RHOSLC.”
“We watched someone get arrested for a federal crime on camera in a sprinter van and yet that was the craziest episode of this entire franchise,” another viewer tweeted.
“Monica really set her friend up, exposed her online, sent her to jail, replaced her on the show, pretended to be friends with the women on the show, and then tried exposing them all too WAITTT,” another wrote.
The bombshell sets the scene for what promises to be an eventful reunion. It will be the first time the entire cast will meet face-to-face after this twisty Bermuda trip.
Monica has already started mounting her response, appearing on Instagram Live throughout the finale’s airing. The disruptive housewife claims she brought a “burn book” and other receipts to expose the ladies further to the upcoming reunion. In other words, she’s not planning on letting Heather have the last word, and fans can’t wait.
Andy Cohen has also spoken about the reunion, posting on Instagram after finishing the 10-hour filming of the three-parter.
He said, reacting to the action,
“I am very late to my dinner reservation with my parents but that’s okay. You know why? This was a killer reunion. Wow.”
