Jason Oppenheim is something of a ladies man. In the years since we’ve been introduced to the Oppenheim twins, both brothers have embraced the bachelor lifestyle to the fullest. We’ve seen and heard more about Jason Oppenheim’s dating history, however — in part because so many of the women he’s courted are still in his circles.
Here’s everything we know about who Jason has dated.
Nicole Young
Season six introduced us to Nicole Young, who referred to herself as Jason Oppenheim’s “OG… original girlfriend.”
At the time, Nicole said she dated Jason “13 or 14 years ago,” which would have them connected around 2008-2009. They didn’t start working together at the Oppenheim Group until a few years later.
“I met [Jason] the very first year he was in real estate,” Nicole told PEOPLE. “I’ve always been very interested in real estate and just fascinated by it, so I just took the opportunity to shadow him whenever I could.”
Nicole has admitted that she was actually slated to be part of the original cast in season one but ended up getting “cold feet,” noting her husband Brandon encouraged her to take the plunge.
Mary Fitzgerald
Longtime Selling Sunset fans are familiar with Mary Fitzgerald, a fixture from the beginning. Mary and Jason Oppenheim dated for “six months to a year” at a nondescript time before the reality series. After breaking up, the two had a “lingering” period of living together, during which they adopted two dogs together — Zelda and Neko.
Amanza Smith
Up until very recently, we’ve known things with Amanza Smith and the Oppenheim twins to be strictly platonic. That changed at the Selling Sunset season six reunion when Jason Oppenheim told host Tan France, while hooked up to a lie detector, that he hadn’t hooked up with anyone else in the O Group. Jason seemed relieved when the lie detector test affirmed that, though the reactions of some of the women on stage gave it away.
As the speculation flew, Amanza confirmed that she had “made out with Jason” at some point in their 23-year friendship.
“Did you only make out?” Tan asked, to which she replied, “No.” He then asked if they’d “hooked up too,” which she confirmed.
Chrishell Stause
Chrishell Stause started working at the Oppenheim Group in 2018. Although Jason has dated other women who work at the brokerage, Chrishell marks the first time that Jason dated a woman that he met because she worked for him rather than working with a woman he previously dated.
Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause took things from platonic to romantic in May 2021. They shared that information publicly that summer when they went Instagram-official, followed by stepping out for the first time on the red carpet premiere of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings in Los Angeles.
While they had a strong time together, things came to an impasse when Chrishell wanted to explore having kids. Jason stood firm in his feelings of not wanting children, ultimately causing the relationship to come to an end. Season 7 of Selling Sunset follows the aftermath as the two explore new relationships.
Marie-Lou Nurk
Jason Oppenheim took a six-month break from the dating scene following his breakup from Chrishell Stause. When he was ready to get back out there, he met Marie-Lou Nurk.
Jason and Marie-Lou went Instagram official in July 2022. The next month, they attended the Day Shift premiere together. While the two seemed to have sparks flying between them, they struggled with a long-distance relationship, with Marie-Lou splitting her time between Los Angeles and Paris.
The distance was a difficulty their bond couldn’t make it past. In May 2023, the real estate maven cited it as the reason why the two were calling it quits in a public statement shared on his Instagram Story.
“While we still love and care about each other very much the distance between us has proven to be too great a challenge to overcome,” Jason wrote. “We remain close friends and continue to talk often and support each other and we want the very best for one another. We thank everyone for their support throughout our relationship.”
Danika Tanya
By summertime, it seemed like Jason Oppenheim was back out there with someone new. Jason was spotted in San Tropez in August, packing on the PDA with TikTok personality Danika Tanya. Neither has commented on the relationship thus far, but Jason’s most recent comment on her Instagram was in mid-October — and the two are still following each other. There’s a chance there’s still something between these two to be revealed.
