Want to know where to get the Antique Family Broom in Hogwarts Legacy? In addition to a compelling story and plenty of story quests, Hogwarts Legacy provides players with an incredibly vast open world to explore freely. But the distances are so great that you can’t do without a broom. Of course, you can skip part of the distance using the fast travel mechanic, but it’s much better to use one of the 13 brooms and enjoy the beauties of the magical world. One of the most expensive and valuable brooms in Hogwarts Legacy is the Antique Family Broom, and today we will tell you how to get it.

Where to Get the Antique Family Broom in Hogwarts Legacy

To get the Antique Family Broom in Hogwarts Legacy, you have to travel far south of Hogwarts. Get to the South Sea Bog location and head along the river. Soon you will stumble upon Priya Treadwell’s Wanderer Shops and be able to buy the Antique Family Broom for 2,500 Gold Galleons. Fortunately, there are no other requirements for this broom. So you only need to get to this place and collect the money. For example, you can use the Disillusionment Spell and search at least five chests scattered around the world of Hogwarts Legacy.

For those who have just started their wizard path in Hogwarts Legacy, it is worth clarifying that no broom has advantages over any other. That is, the base speed of all brooms is the same, and none of them has better maneuverability or advantages. The only difference is in the appearance of the broom. But since everyone has different tastes, we cannot say which broom is better. In addition, you can always install a couple of custom mods to get any vehicle.

Antique Family Broom is what you need if you like the crooked shape, frayed branches, and the old look of a broom. Maybe it’s as old as Hogwarts. However, her appearance will not prevent her from becoming your best broom. Since you can upgrade the broom after getting to know the NPC Albie Weekes at Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade. After completing a couple of quests and paying some Golden Gallions, you can buy three upgrades and become much faster:

  • First Broom Upgrade. Complete Sweeping the Competition quest and pay 1,000 Gold Galleons.
  • Second Broom Upgrade. Complete The Sky is the Limit quest and pay 4,000 Gold Galleons.
  • Third Broom Upgrade. Complete After The Sky is the Limit quest and pay 7,500 Gold Galleons.

Hogwarts Legacy will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
