This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

Once you have the Blaziken 7-Star raid added to your Paldean map, the time comes to fight and defeat it. You can do it in a group, but soloing it makes you feel so much better. We did some research and found how to beat it using Miraidon. It will be a long journey so let’s dive into how to beat 7-Star Blaziken in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Miraidon is the best Pokemon you can use when soloing a 7-Star Blaziken raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. For the best outcome, Miraidon should have certain attacks, an electric Tera-type, and their IVs leveled to their maximum.

Miraidon Stats

The following should be followed as closely as possible for the best chance at soloing a 7-Star Blaziken in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The Nature is more dependent on what your preference is, though we recommend the Modest Nature. It provides a 10% increase to Sp. Attack and a 10% decrease to Attack.

Miraidon should be holding the Metronome item. It will make moves that you tend to spam much stronger, like the Parabolic Charge. The following movesets are the ones you should consider for beating 7-Star Blaziken.

Miraidon Strategies

Using the stats above, the best strategy is to use Reflect on your first turn. This will protect you and your NPC allies for five turns from physical moves. At that point, spam the Parabolic Charge move until you can Terastallize. While this happens, Blaziken is going to rain down on you with tons of physical damage until it nullifies the stat changes and abilities that affect you and your allies.

Blaziken will immediately use Sword Dance after your team has been nullified. When that happens, use the Hang Tough Cheer to increase defense by one stage. You can also use Reflect again, but we don’t recommend it since it gives Blaziken too large of a window to take you down. Spam Parabolic Charge again after this until you actually do Terastallize. One Miraidon has transformed, keep spamming Parabolic Charge for the rest of the match. Every time it successfully lands, you’ll regain all of your HP with the move. To better break down this strategy:

  • Use Reflect on your first turn.
  • Spam Parabolic Charge while Blaziken hits you with physical attacks.
  • When Blaziken nullifies your team’s stat changes and abilities, Blaziken will use Sword Dance.
  • Immediately use the Hang Tough Cheer when that happens.
  • Keep spamming Parabolic charge until you Terastallize.
  • Even after Terastallizing, keep spamming Parabolic Charge until you defeat Blaziken.
