To become a factory worker in Bitlife, all you need is a high school degree. When you turn 5, you automatically start primary school and continue to high school as you grow older. You graduate from high school when you’re 17 or 18 and get your diploma as long as you don’t get involved in any scandals. Now that you have your diploma, there are no obstacles in front of you to become a factory worker.

Enter Full-Time jobs from the Jobs tab in the main menu and find the factory worker. This is a Corporate job with a salary of $20k – $23k. If you don’t see factory worker or junior factory worker in the list, age up using the + icon and reopen the app. After seeing the job in the list, apply for the position and pass the interview. The industrial interview consists of one question and is very simple. As long as you answer the question correctly, you should be fine working as a factory worker in Bitlife.
