Securement Silos in Once Human are essentially dungeon runs and each comes with a quirk and its own hidden collection of secrets. Securement Silo Alpha, for that matter, is one of the more confusing ones since you actually need to backtrack and take some detours before you can progress. So we’re here to help with our Securement Silo Alpha guide for Once Human, so you can clear it and never miss any of its rewards.

Securement Silo Alpha Location & Rewards

You can find Securement Silo Alpha in the northwestern quadrant of Chalk Peak, it’s just due northwest of Tall Grass Inn and the Monolith of Thirst. Make sure the activate the Teleporter near Silo Alpha. It’s one of the more advantageous Silos to farm in Once Human due to the easy Teleporter access.

You will want to be at least Level 35 for Securement Silo Alpha for the Normal difficulty. This place is your go-to for Helmet Mods and Armor Mod Parts. You might also find some stray Deviations up for grabs. For maximum rewards, you will want to run either Hard or Pro mode to take full advantage of your Controllers.

As for enemies, you’ll mostly be fighting Rosetta soldiers so it’s more ideal as a Gunpowder farm than an Acid farm. There is a Seepage Zone for Silo Alpha or a secret mini-boss area, but it’s typically just one Deviant mini-boss and some inconsequential minions.

Important Note: Bring a Stun Baton or any weapon with Power Surge/Shock damage.

Securement Silo Alpha having a Seepage Zone means it also has a puzzle like in Securement Silo Theta (a topic for another time). We’ll get to that part below. For now, here’s how you clear some of the more immediate roadblocks in Securement Silo Alpha.

Immediately, you’ll be greeted by a death trap where you need to glide down. Make sure to avoid the mines. You can actually shoot the Spores below to remove the poison pool. As for the crate, it’s typically not worth it since it’s just a Storage Crate.

Once you get past the mine area near the entrance, you’ll be welcomed by a Rosetta soldier Killzone room. It’s easy to deal with them thanks to the explosive barrels and feel free to unleash your combat Deviant here.

Take Note of the Corridor with the Keycard Door

On the next area, you’ll find a corridor with two Rosetta soldiers and a door to the left that requires a Keycard. Remember this location. You will need to backtrack here once you’ve obtained the Keycard.

For now, take the path to the right, and be wary of the lasers.

The lasers are easy obstacles, you can mostly crouch past them. Once you get to the end, remember to deactivate the lasers using the switch.

In the next room, you’ll find an Elite Rosetta soldier. He’s the one holding the Keycard you need to progress.

Kill him and his buddies. Make sure to open the Keycard door next to him for a Weapon Crate. Afterward, go back to the corridor with the other locked Keycard door, the one before the laser traps.

Progress to the Mini-Boss Entrance Area

Once you get past the keycard door, just kill the enemies in the next large room and climb up the stairs to the scaffolding to pick up the crates. There are also crates in some of the smaller rooms in this area. Remember to loot them.

At the end of this large area with the scaffolding, you’ll find the door to the final mini-boss (left) and you’ll also find the entrance to the Seepage Zone on the right. Go to the Seepage Zone on the right first. Loot any crate along the way.

In this Seepage Zone, which is a theater room, you’ll find several Rosetta soldiers. Kill them and their drones. Afterward, you need to activate the five blue electricity generators around the theater room.

Hit the blue generators with a Stun Baton or your Power Surge/Shock damage weapon of choice. Throwables with shock damage also work. You just need a Power Surge or Shock damage to activate the blue generators. This will awaken the Deviant mini-boss.

Kill the Deviant mini-boss and claim the reward. It mostly drops Armor Mods and Armor Mod Parts but it might also drop weapons if you’re lucky.

Once the Seepage Zone is cleared and all the crates or materials have been looted, step out of the Seepage Zone— go back from the way you came in. Then open the other locked door. This is the final mini-boss of the Securement Silo Alpha and it can be a tough fight. Here are some tips:

  • Clear the small Rosetta soldiers first, particularly the ones with the grenade launchers.
  • Unleash your Deviant (preferably a Lonewolf Whisper).
  • Use grenades to stun the Sergeant Major Dutch III (mini-boss).
  • Shoot Sergeant Major Dutch III’s elbows and feet if his shields is up.

Once you defeat Sergeant Major Dutch III, head to the room on the right to claim your reward and access the exit door. That’s it, you’ve cleared Securement Silo Alpha in Once Human.
