The Firing Power DMZ mission is a White Lotus faction operation you can complete to get a hefty amount of XP. This mission occurs on various maps, including Vondel, Ashika Island, and Building 21. However, you’ll need to kill three enemy commanders in each map with the help of a RGL-80 in DMZ. These bosses are the Juggernaut, Velikan, and the Bullfrog. Now let’s review the intel from TF-141 and proceed on this mission.
What Are the Objectives of Firing Power DMZ Mission?
- Kill the Juggernaut with RGL-80.
- Eliminate Velikan with RGL-80.
- Kill the Bullfrog with RGL-80.
Seeing the objectives of this mission, you might think it is very straight and easy. It’s just an NPC commander, right? What can possibly go wrong? Well, these commanders are not so easy to deal with unless you know the tricks to take them down. Each of these NPC powerful soldiers has guards around them, but they all have a weak spot to strike. But remember, before you do anything, you need an RGL-80 grenade launcher and kill all these commanders with it.
Where to Find An RGL-80 in DMZ?
The TGL-80 is a grenade launcher. And there’s one guaranteed way to get it, and it’s by eliminating the Velikan. The Velikan boss is on the third floor of Building 21, which can be accessed through the weekend. What you need to do, is to find or buy a Building 21 key from the in-game Buy Stations. And then, head inside building 21 with your best equipment.
The best weapon you can use in the Firing Power DMZ mission is the KV Broadside. With a Dragon Breath ammunition type, this shotgun delivers the highest damage in the game from close range. And you can even take down the almighty Rhino in the Koschei Complex with it. But for taking out the Velikan, you might also need a pair of Semtax grenades. And at the end, don’t forget to bring the Munition Box Field Upgrade for every step of the Firing Power DMZ mission here.
Once inside Building 2, reach the third floor, and wait until the “Velikan is nearby” message pops on your screen. This boss always runs away, and you need to stop him with Stun Grenades and then blast him with your KV’s fire shots. Once he’s down, you’ll get your RGL-80 in DMZ.
Where to Find and Kill The Three Bosses in Firing Power DMZ Mission?
After getting your hands on the RGL-80 in DMZ, you now know where the Velikan is. Just head back to Building 21 and do the steps again to find this boss. But this time, after breaking his armor, shoot the RGL-80 grenade launcher to kill him. This will mark your first objective of the Firing Power DMZ mission as complete.
Now for the second one, let’s find the Juggernaut. This boss can be found in the Al Mazrah and Ashika Island maps. In Al Mazrah, you may find him in the Al Dharim Pass area, but his spawn location is not a dedicated one. However, you can go to Ashika Island and always find this boss in the tunnels under the island. When you get inside, you’ll meet the armored devil. Treat him like you did with Velikan, and the Firing Power DMZ mission’s second task is complete.
Now for the last objective, you need to head over to the Vondel map. If you just hang around in this DMZ map, a boss named the Bullfrog will appear. He shows up in a random spot and enters the map with a heavily armored vehicle. Now, you can take him down in a pursuit with a car or just set up an ambush to shoot him. You need to shoot 12 to 18 rounds of your RGL-80 to blow up his car, so remember to have enough ammunition while eliminating this boss.
Completing the Firing Power DMZ mission in Season 4, Reloaded, will reward you with 20K worth of XP. But aside from that, you’ll also gain a Victus XMR contraband Sniper Rifle! You can also get 1200 points for increasing your rep for the White Lotus faction after completing this Tier 5 DMZ assignment.
