While exploring Neon City, you can find many interesting tasks and missions, and a significant part of them belong to the Ryujin Industries faction. This is a small local faction, but it still has quite a lot of influence. The problem is that among them, there is a mole who is leaking information, and you need to determine who it is. So next, you will learn how to complete Guilty Parties in Starfield. This is an interesting mission with quite a few optional tasks, but you can complete them to get more into the story. We will provide you with a full walkthrough, including optional tasks, so you can fully enjoy the diversity of the game.

You can get access to this mission after completing another quest, namely Background Checks. If you’ve already done that, your first objective will be to talk to Imogene, one of the faction members at the Ryujin Tower operation center.

You won’t find Imogene when you arrive there, but you will meet Yuko instead. Talk to her to get more information about Imogene’s whereabouts. She will tell you about the Seokghu Syndicate Hideout, which is Imogene’s last known location. In addition, she will also recommend that you talk to Dalton before you go looking for her.

Fortunately, Dalton is also located in Ryujin Tower, and you won’t need to go far. He’ll be standing on the executive floor, minding his own affairs as usual. Use the elevator to reach the floor and talk to him. During the conversation, you will learn more about Seokghu Syndicate, and he will also recommend you visit Benjamin Bayu, who will greatly help you with your search for Imogene.

Talking to Benjamin Bayu is an optional task, just like speaking to Dalton, but it can bring you a lot of benefits if you use it. Benjamin Bayu is an influential person in Neon City, and it’s not easy to get to him. Fortunately, this will not be a problem for you. You can find him at Astral Lounge, located on the opposite side of Neon Core from Ryujin Tower. When you go inside, you will need to get to VIP room number 4. After entering the Astral Lounge, turn left to the elevator and go up to the VIP balcony. From here, you can easily spot the right room.

After talking to him, you will learn even more information about Seokghu Syndicate, as well as ask him to give you access to the territory. In return, he will ask you to complete his tasks, but you can avoid doing so by filling in only 4 bars of persuasion. We do not recommend completing his tasks, as it will only delay the mission and will not bring you any benefit other than free entry to Seokghu Syndicate Hideout. There are much easier ways to get there, which we will describe below.

Guilty Parties: How to Reach Seokghu Syndicate Hideout

There are two ways to get to Seokghu Syndicate Hideout, namely:

  • Visit Frankie’s Grab & Go: If you have accepted the task from Benjamin Bayu, Frankie Moore will let you into the hideout. If you refuse the task, you can simply steal the key card from Frankie, but be careful because there are a lot of people here.
  • Climb through the roof: You can follow the quest marker to get to one of the rooftops and get inside the desired location.

Regardless of your choice, you will need to find Imogene once inside. Luckily, it’s not difficult to do so, and a quest marker will lead you there. Be careful, as there may be enemies on the way, so try to use the ventilation ducts to avoid danger.

Eventually, when you reach Imogene, you can talk to her to find out the truth. She will provide you a slate with all the evidence that she is not a mole and you are on the wrong side. She is indeed not a mole, but you will still need to make an important decision, whether to let her live or kill. We do not recommend killing her, as this will directly affect the development of the plot for the worse. Instead, take the slate and head back to Ryujin Tower.

When you get to Ryujin Tower, head to Ularu’s office to talk to her. She is actually the real mole, and during the conversation, you will have several choices, namely:

  • Go to her side: If you join her side, she will become the CEO, and Imogene will be in danger. This won’t affect you in any way, but we don’t recommend choosing this option.
  • Kill her: If you’re loyal to Masako, the current CEO, you can kill the mole to prevent the leak. This option is also not the best because then Dalton will be furious, and the guards will attack you.
  • Protect Imogene: The best option is to simply expose the fact that Ularu is a mole and tell Dalton everything. This way, Imogene will be free to go back, and the faction will function as before.

Regardless, this task is optional, and you can simply go to Dalton to tell him everything you have learned. Just revisit the executive floor and talk to him to complete the mission.

You will get the following rewards:

  • Med Packs x2
  • Credits x4800
  • Experience x250

Now you know how to complete Guilty Parties in Starfield and shouldn’t have any problems with this mission.
