After many years of waiting, Tears of the Kingdom is finally here, and once again, Nintendo has managed to bring us yet another masterpiece. Everything great about the previous entry of the series has returned, and it got bigger and better as well. In the game, you will encounter many Shrines you must complete to progress and earn some amazing rewards. So here is the guide on how to complete the Mayausiy Shrine and its building blocks puzzle in the Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

How To Complete Building Blocks in Mayausiy Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom

Mayausiy Shrine is among the many Shrines you come across in the game that made a return from the previous game, but to gain access to this location, you must have already passed through the Forgotten Temple. If you continue your way directly after going through Forgotten Temple, you will reach this shrine. Your main task to complete the Mayausiy Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom is to complete the building blocks puzzle in this area.

This is a rather easy shrine that you can complete in a matter of minutes, but it can be tricky. When you enter the shrine, you will come across a blocking puzzle that you must complete, sort of like Tetris. In order to make the objects move, you have to use your Ultrahand, which is the first upgrade you receive in the game. Speaking of Ultrahand, make sure to check our guide on how to unlock Fuse once you’ve obtained this upgrade. Your main objective is to put the pieces in such a way that they will make the exact shape on the left side. Pick the pieces from the right side and rotate them in a way so one block will face left and the other downwards, and then put the left part of the puzzle where a block is facing towards you.

Then, pick up the next one and rotate it in a way so one of the blocks will face the right side and the other downwards. Put it on the other part of the block facing the right side to complete this puzzle. It is not a hard puzzle, and once you learn the trick, you can complete it yourself. After that, the door will be open, and you can continue on your way. Be careful, though, since you will encounter an enemy that must be defeated. After defeating it, you will face yet another building block puzzle with similar mechanics to the previous one.

For this one, pick the right one from the three blocks on your right side. Then, come over to the left side of the puzzle and rotate it to fill the blank space on the top and side of the puzzle. Then, pick the left one from the two blocks that have a similar shape to the first block you used. As with the previous, rotate it so the top block will fill the blank space on the top left side, and the rest of the puzzle will face you.

And the last piece will be obvious to you that one block must be facing down the left side and the other upwards. Once you’ve put all three blocks together successfully, the door will be open, and the shrine will be completed. Before you go through the door,  however, make sure to use the same blocks to create a path for you to unlock the chest on a platform that is located on the far right side of the puzzle room.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available for Nintendo Switch.
