How to Complete the Neighborhood Watch Challenge in BitLife

It’s finally Saturday again, meaning there’s a new BitLife challenge to learn how to complete, the Neighborhood Watch Challenge. In this week’s challenge, we’ll take on your neighborly duties in protecting our neighborhood. Not only will we be starting to rent out properties, but we’ll also make sure you have the best tenants possible! Anytime you discover tenants misbehaving, evict them! Though, once you find some good tenants, why not have fun with them? You’ll have to hook up with a few tenants and even marry one! BitLife: Neighborhood Watch Challenge Tasks

Before we jump into the process of completing the challenge, let’s take a look at the tasks that will be completing for the Neighborhood Watch Challenge:

1. Rent Out 5+ Properties
2. Evict 5+ Tenants You Discover Behaving Badly
3. Hook Up With 3+ Tenants
4. Marry a Tenant
5. Force Out a Squatter

BitLife: How to Complete the Neighborhood Watch Challenge

Now, let’s take a look at how to complete each of these tasks.

1. Rent Out 5+ Properties
   1. In order to rent out properties to tenants, you’ll need to head over to the Assets tab, then select “Go Shopping…” From there, purchase a property from one of the Real Estate Brokers.
   2. Once you’ve purchased a property, head back to the Assets tab and into the Properties option. From there, you can select the property you want to rent out.
   3. Select the Rent option under the Property Management category and, fill out all the information, then wait for a tenant.
   4. Repeat this process four more times in order to complete this task.
2. Evict 5+ Tenants You Discover Behaving Badly
   1. When you discover a tenant of yours behaving poorly, you can choose to evict them or give them a warning.
   2. On at least 5 occasions, be sure to evict a tenant rather than give them another chance.
3. Hook Up With 3+ Tenants
   1. Once you find a decent number of tenants, build relationships with each of them.
   2. Once your relationship bar is high enough with each tenant, you can hook up with them. Do this at least 3 different times in order to complete this task.
4. Marry a Tenant
   1. This should be done the same way you would marry anyone else in the game. After you’ve built up a relationship with your tenants, choose one to try to build the relationship further and propose to them, then soon after, plan the wedding.
5. Force Out a Squatter
   1. Every once in a while, tenants will refuse to leave. When this happens, you must take them to court to force them out of your property.
