Located above Kakariko Village, you can find Josiu Shrine on Sky Island at the coordinates (1759,-1208, 0924). This shrine follows the Rauru’s Blessing archetype, where the puzzle to access the shrine lies outside. The key to opening the shrine is to manipulate a crystal. To reach Josiu Shrine, you can start by launching from the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower and gliding towards the sky islands above Kakariko Village.

The quest requires you to find a glowing crystal and place it back in the shrine’s spot to reveal the Josiu Shrine. The crystal is in the North Necluda Sky Archipelago, the southernmost sky island.

By utilizing the Ultrahand and Recall abilities, you can manipulate a device to rotate a giant bridge, creating a walkable path. To get the Chaos Emerald back to its rightful spot, you need to rotate the device counter-clockwise. This rotation will lead you to the sky island on the left side. Upon reaching the end of the rotating bridge, you can use Recall, which has a significant range. Assuming you used the ability correctly, it will turn the bridge clockwise and transport Link to the sky island with the crystal.

Next, you need to transport the crystal to the shrine. In case you rotate the bridge to move too far, you can climb on one of the pillars and glide to a nearby platform for access to the bridge once again. From there, you can follow the same path and method as before to return to the crystal’s location.

With the bridge properly aligned, you can pick up the crystal, set it down, and then jump off the island, gliding back to the rotation device. By rotating the bridge once more, you can retrieve the crystal and bring it to the shrine.

Inside the shrine, you’ll find a chest containing a Large Zonai Charge and Light of Blessing.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is playable on Nintendo Switch.
