If eating fresh is a habit that Dreamers have in both real life and Disney Dreamlight Valley, then the Tasty Salad is one of the best dishes for green, crispy delight. Like any meal, this salad can be used to complete Quests, earn Dreamlight, achieve a Star Path milestone, or supply its consumer with energy. However, as a 4-Star dish, the Tasty Salad can be a tricky recipe to make in Disney Dreamlight Valley, as it requires four ingredients to be prepared. Continue reading what these four ingredients are and how to get them in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

To craft or cook the Tasty Salad recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players will need the following: Cucumber ×1, Lettuce ×1, Any Vegetable ×1, and Any Spice ×1. Carrots of Peaceful Meadow are likely the most accessible and cheapest Vegetable to grow, costing only 15 Star Coins per Seed and maturing within 15 minutes.

Basil and Oregano are two of the easiest Spices to find for the Tasty Salad recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Basil grows within the Peaceful Meadow starting biome, and Oregano can be found in the Plaza. After foraging for several minutes in these two areas, players should have more than enough “Any” Spice ingredients for the salad and other recipes. Of course, Any Spice and Vegetable can be anything the player has an excess of. The examples of Carrots and Basil are only to provide players with easily accessible options that should only require minimal effort or investment.

Next, Disney Dreamlight Valley fans must procure Cucumber ×1 and Lettuce ×1 for their Tasty Salad recipe. Similar to Carrots, Lettuce can also be found within the Peaceful Meadow and takes three minutes to grow. It is not the most profitable crop to farm, but it is used in many recipes, such as this salad. Cucumber, on the other hand, is quite challenging to obtain. Pro Game Guides states that Cucumber Seeds can only be acquired from Goofy’s Stall in Frosted Heights, one of the late-game biomes of the Valley. This zone costs 10,000 Dreamlight to enter, which is quite a significant investment. Nonetheless, once players gain access to the location, they can acquire Cucumber Seeds from Goofy for 40 Star Coins each. After collecting all four ingredients, combine them at a Stove to create the salad in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
