You’ll need these for organizing

Signposts in Disney Dreamlight Valley
This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

Signposts are newly introduced with Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s Festival of Friendship update. You can easily craft signposts since you need only  Softwood. Softwood is a common material in the game that you can quickly obtain. You can collect  Softwood from trees near the Forest of Valor, Plaza, and many other places. You can even purchase  Softwood from Kristoff’s Stall.

One Signpost takes 2×1 area, and you can not place them on top of any other item. Signposts are very valuable when identifying things you put in the chests. Because you can place a Signpost in front of a cupboard and assign any available icon, it is much easier to remember where your chest is and what is inside.

You can Customize a signpost in Disney Dreamlight Valley quickly with a simple interaction! When interacting with the post, you will be presented with a menu of 21 icons – this is your only customizing option. Unfortunately, it is impossible to alter any other features, such as the color or size of the selected icon.

Disney Dreamlight Valley makes navigating the game environment easy with this feature. By collecting 10 Softwood, players can customize their Signposts to mark where chests are located and what is inside. This helps keep track of inventory items and allows for efficient gaming!
