Craft TM008 for Fire Fang Move in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Fire Fang is a reliable move in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. With it, a Pokémon will bite their opponent using flame-cloaked fangs. Beyond injuring the opponent, the move also has a chance of causing burns or causing an opponent to flinch.
Crafting the TM008 for Fire Fang in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is the perfect way to add more variety to your Pokémon. It can help your Fire-type discover a move they have yet to learn. This TM can also help a different type, like the Rock-type Rockruff, gain a handy skill they don’t typically have.
If you want to craft TM008, you will need the following materials:
- x800 LP
- x3 Houndour Fang
LP, AKA League Points, are gained just following the game story. However, if you want to gain them fast so you can craft TM008 Fire Fang in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can head to a Pokémon Center. Here, you can trade materials you don’t need for LP.
Additionally, you can also do Terra Raids to farm LP. This should give you plenty to craft numerous TMs.

Next up, you need Houndour Fang, three to be precise. Thankfully, when you catch a Houndour or defeat one in battle, you should typically get three Fangs. If you already have the LP needed, you can quickly craft TM008 to get Fire Fang in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Houndour is first encountered early in the game in the cave you head into once you fall from the cliff. Also, head to the South Province Area Four around nighttime for more chances to run into Houndour.
And with everything in hand, you can move on to teaching one of your favorite Pokémon the Fire Fang move.
