Do you want to know how to do Training Battles in Fire Emblem Engage? Fire Emblem Engage is the newest installment in the Fire Emblem franchise. It is a tactical role-playing game that allows players to customize their army and battle against other players online. Training Battles are a great way to learn the game and improve your skills while having fun. This guide will tell you how to do Training Battles in Fire Emblem Engage.

What areย  Training Battles in Fire Emblem Engage?

Training Battles are unlocked in the game once you have completed Chapter 5 – Retaking the Castle. These battles allow you to gain extra XP if you can survive until the end of the fight. Training Battles are similar to Skirmishes. But you will gain more XPs when you play Training Battles. Also, if you fall during the battle, even with the Classic Mode, the character will not die.

This game mode is relatively tricky and requires some strategies that you can use to win. Most probably, one or two team members might die during the encounter. However, the remaining players of your party will gain a considerable amount of XPs at the end of the battle.

How to Do Training Battles in Fire Emblem Engage?

You can do Training Battles in Fire Emblem Engage by accessing the Arena. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Access the Arena by pressing X while you are in the Somniel or from the large door at the back of the Plaza in the Cafรฉ Terrace. You will be directed to a Chamber.
  2. Once you are in the Chamber, go to the Glowing blue flame on the ground and interact with it. There will be two options, Training or Emblem, for you to choose from.
  3. Select Training from the two options, and you can select the character you want to gain XP. Make sure you have Equipped the Character with an Emblem Ring.
  4. You will be able to Battle against one of the randomly selected characters. The character will have an AI controlling it, and you will also be able to choose what weapon and skills your character has.
  5. ย Once you are done, you can start the battle. If you win, you will gain considerable XP for your character.
