Before donating blood, you’ll need to pirate 5+ porches before age 16, escape from prison, and become an Exorcist after escaping prison. After completing all these steps, donating blood will be the next stage of the Change of Heart challenge.
To donate blood, visit the Activities tab, find the Doctor option, and click “Donate Blood.” If you want to donate blood, you must be in good health. If you have any health problems, the Health Center will not want to collect your blood. In such cases, you’ll need to get treatment and try again. If, despite all your efforts, they still do not want to receive your blood, you can emigrate to another country, try again next year, or look for different treatments.
