When you try to enter Burrow Hole and Crevices in BG3, it is very likely that your characters will say that they are too big for this hole. Fortunately, there are many ways to get through Burrow Hole, and Crevices in Baldurs Gate 3.

  1. To fit into the Burrow Hole in Baldurs Gate 3 you have to be quite small, almost the size of a cat. Maybe this rings a bell in your head, if you have a Druid in your party or camp you can easily pass through these holes. This is because Druids can transform themselves into certain animals such as Bears, Badgers, Wolves, Spiders, and Cats. And you can turn into a cat and fit through these Burrow Holes in Baldurs Gate 3. If you don’t have a Druid, you can respec an unused character in your camp, and turn them into a Druid.
  2. Another option is to get the Level 2 Enlarge – Reduce skill from the Transmutation school. But this ability alone will not be enough, because when you use it on a normal human, it will shrink to Gnome size. Therefore, you need to have someone in your party with the Disguise Self ability. This person needs to transform themselves into a Gnome or Halfing, and then the Reduce ability needs to be applied to them.
  3. Another option is the Gaseous Form ability. This skill belongs to the Transmutation school, and is a Level 3 skill. When you use this ability, your character will turn into a small cloud of gas and thus can enter the Burrow Hole and Creives in Baldurs Gate 3.

How to Enter Crevices in BG3

All the methods used to enter Burrow Hole in Baldurs Gate 3 can also be used in Crevices. However, since BG3 Crevices are bigger than Burrow Holes, they are a bit easier to enter. So to be able to enter them, you simply need to have Shadowheart in your party. This is assuming you haven’t respec Shadowheart, and still have her Disguise Self ability. You can use this ability to transform into a Gnome or Halfing and enter the Crevices in BG3.
