Autopsy Location is the location of the Autopsy Recording done by Nicole in the medical ward in Dead Space Remake. She decides to do an autopsy on a Necromorph that the crew had captured in the Engineering section of the USG Ishimura.
You will be able to find the Autopsy Recording in Dead Space Remake in the Calibration room in the Engineering wing of USG Ishimura. However, you will need to reach Chapter 3: Course Correction and unlock the Engineering wing of the ship. Your main task in this section will be to get the power back to the engines. Make sure you have launched the Scientific Methods quest in Chapter 2.
If you have reached this far, you are on the right track to finding the Autopsy location in Dead Space Remake. Now, go to the Security Station once you are in the Engineering wing. You will need to have the Scientific Methods mission selected as your active quest now. Travel through the wing and enter the Machine Room. You will find the Ripper, a new weapon, from a corpse at the bottom of the staircase.
Once you get through the Machine room, pass through the arch with the ‘Masks On’ poster above. You will find the door to the Calibration room. This is where you will find the Autopsy Location in Dead Space Remake.
Once you are inside the Calibration room, the autopsy recording Nicole made will start playing. You will be able to continue the Scientific Method quest when the cut scene ends, as a new objective will be added, finding Kyne’s mining deck hideout.
