Dead Island 2 is an open-world action-adventure game developed by Dambuster Studios. The game is set in Los Angeles and San Francisco and revolves around survivors battling the undead hordes. When you progress in the game, once you arrive at Ocean Avenue, you will get the task of finding Dr. Reed’s lab. However, players find the job brutal since they have been given only an image as a clue. Therefore,  we have provided a step-by-step guide to help you find Dr. Reed’s lab in Dead Island 2.

Where To Find Dr. Reed’s Lab in Dead Island 2?

You can find Dr. Reed’s lab in Dead Island 2 at the far south corner of Ocean Avenue. You can find the exact location in the image above. Finding Dr. Reed’s lab comes under The  Search for Truth quest. However, you will get only a security camera image as a clue. So you have to find the lab on your own. Unfortunately, most people miss the location because it is inside a building resembling a garage.

How to Deactivate the Fuse Boxes?

Once you enter the building, you must deactivate three fuse boxes to enter the lab. Some people find this difficult since some fuse boxes are hidden. So here are the steps you need to follow.

  1. Go to the location as shown in the image. Once you find the place, a new dialogue will start, and the gate will open.
  2. Once you get inside, turn right and destroy the fuse box on the wall.
  3. Go back to the gate and go to the room to the right.
  4. Destroy the second fuse box behind the door.
  5. Go up to the stairs and turn left at the lift.
  6. Destroy boxes at the corner, and you will find the third fuse box on the wall, which most players miss when they want to find Dr. Reed’s lab in Dead Island 2.
  7. Destroy the fuse box, return to the stairs, and head straight.
  8.  You will find a large door that leads to the lab. Enter from the door, and new tasks will appear to investigate the lab equipment, and you will complete the task of finding Dr. Reed’s lab in Dead Island 2.

So,  you have found your way to Dr. Reed’s laboratory! Finally, it is time to use your skills and knowledge to survive the zombie apocalypse. Even though there are some tricky situations in this task, it is straightforward to complete. Just follow the steps above, and you can progress through the game quickly.
