Like many other materials in the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, it isn’t easy to obtain these eyeballs. However, with some effort and patience, you can make them yours. Aerocuda Eyeballs are versatile for making elixirs, upgrading armor, and fusing weapons. Therefore, getting your hands on them is a worthwhile endeavor. This guide will tell you how to get Aerocuda Eyeballs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
Getting Aerocuda Eyeballs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
You can get Aerocuda Eyeballs in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom by eliminating Aerocudas. Although they can be found in most parts of the Hyrule, they are primarily saturated in Greater Hyrule. Also, the other areas are East Necluda, Central Hyrule, Gerudo Canyon, Gerudo Highlands, North Tabantha Snowfield, and Akkala Highlands. These locations are shown on the above map.
Hunting Aerocudas in the wild is the best way to get Aerocuda Eyeballs. First, you must equip yourself with a bow and arrows to take them from afar. This way, they won’t have a chance to attack you. Then, if you can take a location in their flight path where they turn or slow down, you can quickly shoot them using one arrow.
What Are Aerocuda Eyeballs?
Aerocuda Eyeball is a unique item categorized as a Monster Part material with a Fuse Attack Power of 4. The eyeball always attempts to focus on its target, giving it a somewhat unnerving quality. However, players have found creative ways to utilize this item, such as cooking it with a critter to create an elixir or attaching it to an arrow to grant a homing quality. For those who choose to cook it, the Aerocuda Eyeball will increase the duration of the effect by 01:20.
Though they are not used for tier one or tier four armor upgrades, they are a crucial component of tier two and three upgrades for the Tears of the Kingdom Glide Tights, Shirt, and Mask. These upgrades allow players to glide longer and more efficiently, making navigating challenging terrain and reaching new areas much more accessible.
Players must collect Aerocuda eyeballs to complete these upgrades and fully utilize the gliding abilities of the Tears of the Kingdom armor. Also, you must remember the Glide armor set needs around 42 of them for the upgrade. So, if you want to make your armor last longer and travel faster, don’t forget the Aerocuda Eyeball. It is a must-have item for any severe glider. The below video from Digital Gamers822 shows some locations and the number of eyeballs you can collect in each area.
