Your life on the high seas will be a short one if you don’t have a seaworthy vessel, and the Bombardier is one of the best in Skull and Bones. Every ship in the game has a different specialty, and the Bombardier’s is simple: pack as much DPS as possible into a medium-sized ship. Just like in Sea of Thieves, taking on multiple enemies at once is risky, that’s what the Bombardier does best, allowing you to dive into combat’s murkiest waters. Here’s how to get the Bombardier blueprint to craft your own Padewakang in Skull and Bones.
Skull and Bones Padewakang Bombardier Blueprint Guide
To get the Padewakang Bombardier blueprint in Skull and Bones, you need to sail to Telok Penjarah. This pirate den is the second major hub area you’ll discover in the game, and like other hubs, it’s a place to customize your ship, trade commodities, and maybe pick up a mission or two. Telok Penjarah is accessible by fast travel, but only if you’ve visited before. The journey across the Vast Sea is a difficult one, as you’ll be confronted by Level 8-10 ships and other hazards. Once you’ve arrived at Telok Penjarah, you’ll be able to purchase the blueprint from the town’s Shipwright for 5,280 Silver, as long as your rank is Brigand or higher.
With the blueprint in hand, you’ll need to use a Shipwright to craft the vessel. Crafting the Padewakang Bombardier requires the following resources:
- Ironwood Plank x18
- Steel Ingot x15
- Fine Ramie x15
- Shellac x4
- Crude Saltpeter x4
- Silver 2,880
If you don’t already have the crafting ingredients you need, you can use the ship’s blueprint to track these resources. Doing so will mark areas containing these resources on your overworld map, taking the guesswork out of your harvesting expedition. Once you’ve acquired the blueprint and crafted the Bombardier in Skull and Bones, its Detonate Perk and other DPS features are yours to wield. Behind the wheel of this fearsome ship, you’ll have nothing to fear except maybe “failed to join session” errors.
