While hurling flowers at monsters and demons might not sound effective for combat, Celestial Dusting is indeed a great Weapon in Vampire Survivors that turns petals into deadly projectiles. One of the main advantages of this Weapon is that its penetration stat is limitless, meaning its projectiles are capable of passing through an unlimited number of enemies. Therefore, Celestial Dusting is an excellent armament for dealing with massive hordes of weaker enemies. Naturally, it will not fare too well against single-target bosses, but the waves of flower projectiles will pass through and shred apart large numbers of enemies in Vampire Survivors.
Unlocking Celestial Dusting in Vampire Survivors
To unlock Celestial Dusting in Vampire Survivors, players can get the Weapon directly from the Merchant in-game for 1,000 Gold. On the other hand, there is a free way to acquire Celestial Dusting by unlocking a hidden character named O’Sole Meeo, a white dog that uses the Dusting as its Starting Weapon.

Unlocking O’Sole requires players to have access to the Gallo Tower, the fourth main stage in Vampire Survivors. This stage becomes accessible once players have reached Level 60 in Dairy Plant and Level 40 in Inlaid Library. After entering the Gallo Tower, players must hunt down an enemy mob called Dragon Shrimp. This hostile creature is a skeletal being with the head of a dragon but the curved body of a shrimp. According to the Vampire Survivors Wiki, players must kill a total of 3,000 Dragon Shrimp to unlock O’Sole. This procedure does need to be performed over one run but can be done over multiple runs of the Gallo Tower.
Once players have slain 3,000 Dragon Shrimp in the Gallo Tower, O’Sole will become available for purchase in the Character Selection Menu. After players acquire this new character, the Celestial Dusting Weapon will have a chance of appearing in other characters’ runs for the rest of one’s playthrough in Vampire Survivors. If fans would like to use Celestial Dusting immediately without waiting for RNG to give it to them, playing as O’Sole will grant them Celestial Dusting as the character’s Starting Weapon.
Vampire Survivors is available on PC, Xbox Game Pass, and mobile platforms.
