To get Eldin Ostrich Fabric in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you must find and photograph an Eldin Ostrich animal somewhere in Hyrule. The clue to the location of this animal lies in its name. So you must go to the Eldin region and search the local rocky and arid biomes. In addition, Eldin Ostrich also lives throughout Death Mountain, so you can often find it on rocky slopes, in gorges, or desert expanses.

After getting at least one photo of Eldin Ostrich, you should head to the central part of Hateno Village and visit the NPC Sayge in the fabric workshop (you will find the exact locations in the image above). Talk to Sayge and show him the photo of Eldin Ostrich. After looking at this feathered beast image, he will create Eldin Ostrich Fabric and give one sample to you.

Once you have the Eldin Ostrich Fabric, talk to Sayge again and ask him to change the style of your Paraglider. After a few seconds of masterful work, you will receive an updated flying vehicle with a vivid bird image on the fabric. It is worth noting that your Paraglider will receive only cosmetic changes and will not acquire any additional effects.
